Resolving login issues ensures uninterrupted access to Tourism Accelerator Launchpad. This allows you to manage listings, access insights, and utilise training resources to grow your tourism business.

How to use it

Double-Check Your Login Details (Email and Password)

  1. Carefully re-type your email address and password. It is common for a minor typo to occur.

  2. Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after your email or password.

  3. Check your Caps Lock key. Passwords are case-sensitive, so if Caps Lock is on by mistake, it might look like you're typing the right password, but it will not match.

  4. Confirm your email address. Are you using the exact email address you registered with? Sometimes we may confuse them.

Forgotten Your Password? No Problem

  1. On the login page, you will see a link that says Forgot Password?

  2. Click the Forgot Password? link.

  3. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Tourism Accelerator account.

  4. We will then send you a reset email with a link to reset your password.

*Important: Check your email's spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes. Sometimes our emails may be located there!*

  1. Follow the instructions in that email to create a new password.

Is Your Internet Connection Having Issues?

  1. It may sound straightforward, but sometimes an unstable internet connection can prevent you from logging in.

  2. Open another website, like google.com or news.com.au, in a new tab.

  3. If that site also fails to load, the internet connection may be the cause.

  4. If your internet is not working: Restart your Wi-Fi router (unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in).

  • Always double-check your email and password for typos.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.

  • Check your spam folder for password reset emails.
