Checking Your Payment Details

Carefully review all information:
Verify each digit of the card number.
Check the expiry date.
Ensure the security code is correct.
Confirm the billing address matches your bank's records.
Update any incorrect details and click Save.
Addressing Payment Errors
Note any on-screen error messages after a failed payment.
For example, "insufficient funds" indicates a need to check your bank balance, while "card declined" may indicate a bank issue.
After verifying your details and noting any messages, try processing the payment again.
If your card details are correct but you still receive a "card declined" or "security check failed" message, contact your bank.
Explain that you are trying to make a payment to Tourism Accelerator.
Banks may temporarily hold unusual transactions to protect against fraud. Contacting them can often resolve this.

If available, try a different credit or debit card.
In the Billing & Subscriptions section, select the option to "Add New Payment Method".
Enter the details for your alternative card.
Once added, select it as your primary payment method and try to process the payment again.
