Having trouble locating your Tourism Accelerator invitation email? This email is essential for setting up your account and accessing the platform's tools. Follow these steps to locate the email or request a new one, ensuring you can start leveraging Tourism Accelerator to grow your tourism business.

Accessing this feature

This article provides troubleshooting steps that do not require accessing a specific feature within the Tourism Accelerator platform.

How to use it

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder:

  1. Open your email program (like Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and look for a folder labelled "Spam", "Junk", or "Bulk Mail".

  2. Look for an email with a subject line containing words like "Invitation", "Welcome", or "Join Tourism Accelerator", and check the sender – it will usually be from "Tourism Accelerator" or "[email protected]".

  3. If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk". This tells your email provider that emails from us are safe and helps ensure future emails land directly in your main inbox.

Search Your Entire Inbox:

  1. In your email program, look for a search bar.

  2. Try searching for keywords like "Tourism Accelerator", "invitation", "welcome", or "[email protected]". This should scan all your folders, including your inbox, spam, and archived emails.

Look in Other Folders:

Some email providers automatically sort emails into different categories.

  • For Gmail users: Check your "Promotions", "Social", or "Updates" tabs. Your invitation might have been filed away there.

  • For Outlook users: If you have "Focused Inbox" turned on, check the "Other" tab next to your "Focused" inbox.

Confirm the Email Address:

Double-check that the person who sent you the invitation used the exact email address you're checking. A typo can send the email to the wrong address. Reach out to the person who invited you and ask them to confirm the email address they used.

Ask the Sender to Resend the Invitation:

If you've tried all the above steps and still can't find it, ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation. They can do this from their own Tourism Accelerator account. Let them know you haven't received the email and that you've checked your spam/junk folders.

Add Tourism Accelerator to Your 'Safe Senders' List:

Add "[email protected]" to your contacts list. If you found the email in your spam folder, marking it as "Not Spam" usually achieves a similar result.

Tips

  • Check your email folders, including Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Other folders.

  • Use your email's search function to find hidden emails.

  • Communicate with the person who invited you so they can confirm your email address and resend the invitation.

  • Add Tourism Accelerator to your safe senders list for all future communications from us.
