High-quality images showcase your experiences and attract more guests. These guidelines outline the required image size, format, and quality for optimal display on all devices. Using high-quality images improves page loading speeds and enhances your online presence, leading to increased guest engagement.

How to use it

Uploading Images

  1. Go to Experiences.

  2. Click on the experience you want to edit.

  3. Scroll down to the "Images" or "Media" section.

  4. Locate the Upload Image or Add Media button.

  5. Click the button to select images from your device.

  6. Select the images you want to upload.

  7. Click Open or Upload to begin the upload.

  8. Designate one image as the primary image.

  9. Reorder images using drag and drop.

  10. Add descriptive alternative text (alt text) to each image.

  11. Review the image gallery.

  12. Click Save Changes or Update Product to apply your modifications.

  13. Preview your live experience listing to confirm the images are displayed correctly.

  • You can upload multiple images for each experience.

  • Easily set a primary image.

  • Organise your image gallery with drag-and-drop.

  • The system may perform automatic image optimisation.

  • A dedicated field is provided for alternative text.

  • The platform supports JPEG and PNG formats.

  • Easily remove images from your experience listings.

Tips

  • Images must be at least 1200 pixels on the longest side.

  • Aim for images that are 1920 pixels on the longest side for optimal display.

  • Each image file should not exceed 5 MB.

  • Use a 3:2 or 4:3 aspect ratio for primary experience images.

  • Maintain a consistent aspect ratio across your image gallery.

  • Use a 16:9 aspect ratio for banner images.

  • JPEG is the recommended format for photographs.

  • Use PNG for images that require transparency.

  • Do not use GIF, BMP, or TIFF formats.

  • All images must be sharp, in focus, and free from pixelation.

  • Ensure images are well-lit, preferably with natural, even lighting.

  • Images must accurately depict the experience being sold.

  • Compose your shots professionally, ensuring the experience is the main focus.

  • Use clean, uncluttered backgrounds.

  • Unless required for branding, avoid adding watermarks or logos directly onto experience images.

  • Maintain a consistent style, lighting, and background across all experience images.

  • Always provide descriptive alt text.
