How to use it
From the Experiences page, locate and click on the title of the experience for which you intend to set or adjust enrolment capacity.
Within the experience's configuration page, find the section labelled Enrolment Settings, Capacity Management, or Limits. This is located under a Settings or Advanced tab.
Locate the toggle or checkbox option titled Enable Enrolment Limit or Set Maximum Capacity. Activate this feature by switching the toggle to On or checking the box.
Once enabled, an input field will appear, prompting you to enter the numerical maximum number of participants allowed for the experience. Carefully input the figure that matches your experience's capacity requirements.
Depending on your organisation's strategy, you may have options to define what happens once the maximum capacity is reached:
Close Registrations Automatically: This setting will prevent any further registrations once the limit is met.
Activate Waitlist: Guests attempting to book after the limit is met will be added to a waitlist. You can then manage these individuals manually or via automated invitations if spots become available.
Display 'Full' Message: A customizable message can be displayed to inform prospective guests that the experience is at capacity.
Before finalising, review all settings to ensure accuracy. Confirm the maximum capacity and click Save changes.
