How to use it
Select Your Event and Date Range
Upon entering the dashboard, you will typically see an overview of your most recent events.
Use the Select Event dropdown menu, located at the top left of the dashboard, to choose a specific event you wish to analyse.
To refine your view further, use the Date Range selector, usually located next to the event selector. Here, you can define a custom period or select predefined options such as "Last 7 Days," "Last 30 Days," or "All Time." This allows you to focus on relevant data periods.
Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The dashboard presents a series of panels displaying critical KPIs. These often include:
Total Registrations: The total number of guests registered for the event.
Analyse Attendee Engagement
Explore metrics related to attendee participation, such as session attendance rates, feedback scores, and social media interactions.
Identify Trends and Patterns
Look for trends in event performance over time. Are certain days or times more popular? Which activities receive the highest ratings?
Export Data
Export the data for further analysis and reporting.
Tips
Compare the performance of similar events to identify best practices.
Use the data to tailor future events to your target audience.
