Your My Business profile stores your contact information and address. Keeping this information up-to-date ensures you receive booking confirmations and guest enquiries, preventing missed opportunities like last-minute booking requests.

Accessing this feature

Go to My Business.

How to use it

  1. Locate the First Name field and enter your updated first name.

  2. Locate the Last Name field and enter your updated last name. Ensure that the names provided match your official identification for verification purposes, if required.

  3. Find the Primary Email Address field. Enter your new, preferred email address. This email will be used for all future communication, including account notifications, password resets, and important updates from Tourism Accelerator.

  4. Locate the Primary Phone Number field. Enter your current and most accessible contact phone number, including the full area code. This number is essential for urgent communication or support queries.

  5. Identify the fields for Street Address, Suburb, State, Postcode, and Country. Carefully enter your complete and current physical address.

  6. Click the Save button to apply your changes.

Tips

  • Update your details immediately following any change in your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

  • Use a professional and actively monitored email address for your primary contact.

  • Before saving any changes, proofread all entered information.
