How to use it
Identify Categories
Upon accessing the Help Centre, view the list of categories.
Each category represents a distinct topic or area of functionality within the Tourism Accelerator platform.
Categories are designed to provide a high-level overview of the types of information available.
Select a Category
Click the name of the category that matches your information requirements.
For example, if you are seeking information on managing your profile, select the "Account Management" category.
Review Category Content
Once a category is selected, the system will filter the displayed articles to show only those associated with that specific category.
Articles are listed with their titles and a brief summary, allowing for quick assessing their relevance.
Access Specific Articles
Click the title of any article within the filtered list to open and view its full content.
Refine or Expand Search
To view articles from a different category, select another category from the list.
To return to the full list of all articles, click the All Articles or Clear Filters option, located near the category list or in the search bar.
If available, use breadcrumbs (e.g., Dashboard > Category Name > Article Title) to navigate back through your browsing history.
Use the search bar in combination with categories to further refine your search.
Check the "Related Articles" section at the bottom of each article for more information.
If you are unsure which category to choose, try searching for keywords related to your question.
