How to use it
Reviewing Current Program Assignments:
You will see a list of all programs currently assigned to your organisation. Each entry displays the Program Name, its current status (e.g., Active, Inactive), and the configured Synchronisation Mode.
Assigning a New Program:
Click the Assign Program button.
A window will appear, displaying a list of all available programs.
Search or filter the list to locate the desired program.
Select the program(s) you wish to assign by checking the corresponding box.
Click Assign Programs to assign them to your organisation.
The newly assigned programs will now appear in your organisation's program list.
Configuring Program Settings:
For each assigned program, you can adjust specific settings by clicking on the program name. Key configurable settings include:
Program Status: Toggle between Active and Inactive. An active program is accessible to your organisation's users, whereas an inactive program is not.
Synchronisation Mode: Select one of the following options:
manual: Content and progress updates for this program are managed entirely within your organisation's instance. No automatic synchronisation occurs.
Content Synchronisation: The program's content (e.g., modules, lessons, resources) will automatically synchronise with updates from the master program instance. User progress and data remain specific to your organisation and is not synchronised.
Full Synchronisation: Both program content and user progress/data will automatically synchronise with the master program instance.
Click Save to apply the new configuration.
Removing a Program:
Locate the program in the list.
Click the Remove or Unassign icon next to the program entry.
Confirm the removal.
Confirming will unassign the program, making it inaccessible to your organisation's users.
Saving Organisation-Wide Program Changes:
Changes made to individual program settings or assignments are saved when you click the Save button within the program settings.
Tips
Verify that users within your organisation have the correct access levels and that program content loads as expected.
Use Inactive Status for Temporary Removal: Consider setting a program's status to "Inactive" if you anticipate needing it again in the future. This preserves its configuration and simplifies re-activation.
