Staff profile management allows you to view and manage staff information. Tourism operators can efficiently track staff activities, such as managing experience bookings and updating availability, ensuring smooth operations and optimal staff allocation.

Accessing this feature

Go to Organisations. Locate and click on the specific organisation you wish to manage. Within the selected organisation's profile, click the Staff tab located alongside other organisation data tabs, such as Overview or Members.

How to use it

Find a Staff Profile: Upon accessing the Staff tab for a selected organisation, you see a comprehensive overview of the staff members associated with that organisation. Select the specific staff profile you wish to view from the list.

Review Staff Details: The main section of the tab presents core staff information. This includes contact details (email, phone), primary role, and any associated unique identifiers. Review these details to confirm accuracy and that all essential information is current for effective communication and record-keeping.

Review Activity History: A dedicated section within the tab outlines the staff member's historical activities and interactions within the platform. This may include contributions to projects, participation in initiatives, significant milestones achieved, or any other tracked engagements. This timeline provides valuable context regarding their past and ongoing involvement.

View Associated Resources: Staff members often have resources or assets directly linked to their profile. This section allows you to view these items, such as uploaded documents or linked projects they are managing. This provides a holistic view of their active contributions.

Manage Roles and Permissions: Depending on your access level and the platform's configuration, you may be able to view or adjust the staff member's roles and permissions directly from this tab. This functionality ensures they have appropriate access to relevant organisation data and features, aligning with their current responsibilities.

Track Performance: For staff members with measurable contributions, performance metrics may be displayed. These could include engagement scores, completion rates for assigned tasks, or impact assessments for their contributions. Use these metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for development, and recognise achievements.

Contact Staff Member: The tab provides quick access to communication tools, allowing you to contact the staff member directly.
