ensures your business information is accurate and complete. Automated updates help you tailor marketing campaigns to attract more guests by promoting specific experiences and offerings.

Accessing this feature

Go to My Business and select the specific organisation you want to enrich. This takes you to the individual organisation's profile page. Click the Enrichment tab within the organisation's profile navigation.

How to use it

The Enrichment tab updates and enhances organisation data. Follow these steps to use its capabilities:

  1. Access the Enrichment tab to see options for data enrichment. These may include Synchronise Data, Import from File, or Review Suggested Updates.

  2. Select the desired process.

  • For Synchronise Data, click the Synchronise Now button. The system will connect to configured external data sources (for example, CRM, industry directories) to fetch new or updated information.

  • For Import from File, click Upload File and select your CSV or Excel document containing organisation data. Follow the on-screen prompts to map your file columns to the system's data fields.

  • For Review Suggested Updates, the system automatically presents potential enhancements or corrections based on its analysis or recent synchronisations.

  1. Review Proposed Changes: After initiating a process, the system will display a summary of proposed changes. This includes new data points, modifications to existing fields, and potential conflicts. Each proposed change will indicate its source (for example, "External CRM," "Imported File," "System Suggestion").

  2. Resolve Conflicts and Apply Updates: For each proposed change, you will have the option to Accept, Reject, or Merge. If a conflict arises (for example, different values for the same field from multiple sources), the system will highlight it. You must choose which value to retain or manually enter a new value. Review all carefully.

  3. Click the Apply All Changes or Confirm Updates button.

  4. Monitor Enrichment Status: The tab provides a status log of recent enrichment activities, including the date, user, type of enrichment performed, and the outcome (for example, "Synchronisation Complete," "Import Successful," "Updates Applied"). This log tracks data changes and provides an audit trail.

Tips

  • Prioritise synchronising data from your most reliable sources.

  • Regularly review and act on suggested updates to keep your data current.

  • Establish guidelines for resolving data conflicts.
