The Resource Centre provides a central location for accessing important resources. Tourism operators can quickly find compliance checklists to ensure they adhere to regulations or access marketing templates to efficiently launch new marketing campaigns, saving time and effort.
Accessing this feature
The Resource Centre is available in the main navigation.
How to use it
Using the Search Bar
Locate the search bar at the top of the Resource Centre.
Enter keywords, document titles, or phrases like "marketing strategy", "financial report 2023", or "onboarding checklist".
Press Enter or click the search icon to display results, organised by relevance.
Browsing by Category
On the left, find categories like "Business Planning", "Marketing & Branding", "Compliance", and "Operational Guides".
Click a category to filter the document list.
Applying Filters
Refine results using filters like "Document Type" (PDF, Word, Spreadsheet, Video), "Date Modified", or "Author".
Combine filters with search terms for specific queries.
Sorting Documents
Sort documents by "Date Uploaded", "Alphabetical (AโZ)", "Last Modified", or "Most Viewed".
Browsing Folder Structures
Some sections are organised into folders. Click folder names to explore further.
Use the breadcrumb navigation at the top to go back.
Previewing and Downloading Documents
Click a document's title or Preview icon to view it in your browser.
Click the Download icon or option to save a copy.
Viewing Document Details
Click a document's title to open a details panel with a description, keywords, version history, and categories.
Tips
Be specific with search terms. Include the year or project name when searching for a specific report.
For complex queries, start with a broad keyword search, then apply relevant filters.
Become familiar with the primary categories to browse quickly.
Sort by "Date Modified" to quickly identify recently updated information.
Check document details before downloading to confirm relevance.
