The Programs section showcases your training programs, courses, or educational offerings. Help visitors discover what programs you offer and how they can participate.

What's Included

Program Information

Required Information

  • Program Name: Clear, descriptive title

  • Description: What the program covers

  • Duration: How long the program runs

Optional Information

  • Program Image: Visual representation

  • Prerequisites: Required knowledge or experience

  • Format: Online, in-person, hybrid

  • Cost: Program pricing

  • Enrollment Status: Open, closed, waitlist

Content Guidelines

Program Names

  • Clear and descriptive

  • Include program type (Course, Workshop, Certification)

  • Maximum 60 characters recommended

Descriptions

  • 2-3 sentences for preview

  • Focus on benefits and outcomes

  • Include key information (duration, format)

  • Maximum 150 characters for preview

Images

  • Use program-specific images

  • High quality (1200px+ wide)

  • Professional appearance

  • Optimise for web

Troubleshooting

No programs showing?

  • Ensure you have programs created in the platform

  • Check that programs are linked to your organisation

  • Verify programs are active/published

  • Check that the Programs section is enabled

Progress not displaying?

  • Ensure "Show Program Progress" is enabled

  • Verify user is enrolled in programs

  • Check progress tracking is enabled for programs
