How to review your past work assignments, track your experience, and access historical records.

Viewing Assignment History

Your assignment history is a complete record of all the work you've done through the Tourism Accelerator. It's useful for tracking your experience, resolving queries, and demonstrating your work history.

Why Your History Matters

Your assignment history helps you:

  • Track your experience with different operators

  • Reference past work when applying for new opportunities

  • Resolve any questions about previous assignments

  • Demonstrate your reliability and experience

  • Prepare tax documentation

Accessing Your Assignment History

  • Sign in to the Contractor Portal at /contractor

  • Click on Assignment History in the navigation or dashboard

  • You'll see a list of all your past assignments

Understanding the History View

Your assignment history displays key information at a glance:

Column

Description

Date

When the assignment took place

Operator

The tourism business you worked with

Assignment Type

The kind of work you performed

Location

Where the work was done

Hours

Total hours worked

Status

Completed, Cancelled, or No-Show

Filtering Your History

To find specific assignments, use the filter options:

By Date Range

  • Click on the date filter

  • Select a start date and end date

  • Click Apply to see assignments within that period

By Operator

  • Click on the operator filter

  • Select one or more operators from the list

  • Click Apply to see work with those operators

By Assignment Type

  • Click on the type filter

  • Select the work types you want to view

  • Click Apply to filter results

By Status

Filter by:

  • Completed — Assignments you finished successfully

  • Cancelled — Assignments that were cancelled

  • All — View everything

Viewing Assignment Details

To see full details of a past assignment:

  • Click on the assignment row in your history

  • A detailed view will open showing:

- Complete assignment information - Your logged hours - Payment status - Any notes or feedback - Operator contact details

Understanding Assignment Statuses

Status

Meaning

Completed

You successfully completed the work

Cancelled by You

You cancelled the assignment

Cancelled by Operator

The operator cancelled the assignment

No-Show

Marked if you didn't attend (rare, usually in error)

If you see an incorrect status, contact the operator or support to have it corrected.

Exporting Your History

To download a record of your assignments:

  • Navigate to your assignment history

  • Apply any filters you want (or view all)

  • Click Export or the download icon

  • Choose your format:

- CSV — For spreadsheet software - PDF — For printed records

This export includes:

  • Assignment dates and details

  • Operators and locations

  • Hours worked

  • Basic payment information

Using History for Tax Records

Your assignment history can help with tax preparation:

  • Filter to the relevant financial year

  • Export the data as CSV or PDF

  • Use alongside your earnings statements

  • Keep for your records

Note: For official tax documentation, use your earnings statements which show actual payments received.

Tracking Your Experience

Your assignment history demonstrates your experience to operators. Consider:

  • Variety of work — Shows versatility in different assignment types

  • Repeat bookings — Indicates operators value your work

  • Consistent completion — Demonstrates reliability

When operators view your profile, your track record helps them decide to book you.

Viewing Feedback and Ratings

If operators have provided feedback on your work:

  • Click on a completed assignment

  • Look for the Feedback section

  • View any comments or ratings provided

Use this feedback to improve your service and identify your strengths.

Handling History Discrepancies

If something in your history doesn't look right:

Incorrect Hours

  • Check your timesheet records for that assignment

  • Compare with what's showing in history

  • Contact the operator if there's a mismatch

  • Reach out to support if needed

Missing Assignments

  • Check your timesheet submissions

  • Verify the assignment was confirmed (not just offered)

  • Contact support with details of the missing work

Incorrect Status

  • Note the assignment date and operator

  • Contact the operator to discuss

  • Ask for the status to be corrected if in error

Privacy of Your History

Your assignment history is private to you. Operators can see:

  • That you've worked with other operators (total assignments)

  • Your overall completion rate

  • General experience level

They cannot see:

  • Specific details of other operators' assignments

  • Your hours with other operators

  • Payments from other operators

Archiving Old Records

Older assignments remain in your history indefinitely. You cannot delete history entries, as they're important records for:

  • Payment verification

  • Dispute resolution

  • Tax compliance

  • Experience tracking

You can use filters to focus on recent work if the full history is too long.
