Accessing the arrivals list
Go to Cruise in the main navigation
Click Arrivals or go directly to Cruise Arrivals
Understanding the arrivals view
Arrival information
Each arrival shows:
Ship name — the visiting vessel
Cruise line — the operating company
Arrival date — when they dock
Arrival time — expected docking time
Departure time — when they leave
Passengers — capacity or expected numbers
Port — which port they're visiting
Timeline view
Arrivals are displayed chronologically:
Upcoming arrivals appear first
Past arrivals are archived
Use filters to narrow your view
Filtering arrivals
By date range
Click the Date filter
Select your date range
View arrivals for that period
By port
If you serve multiple ports:
Click the Port filter
Select specific ports
Focus on relevant arrivals
By cruise line
To see specific cruise lines:
Click the Cruise Line filter
Select one or more lines
View their scheduled visits

Full schedule details
