Basic export
Go to Events Management
Open your event
Click Export or Download
Choose your export type
Select your options
Click Download
Export formats
Choose the format that works for you:
CSV — opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers
Excel (.xlsx) — formatted spreadsheet
PDF — formatted report for sharing

Open your event
Go to Attendees or Registrations
Click Export
Choose All Attendees
Select format

Filtering before export
Export only specific attendees:
Apply filters first:
- By status (confirmed, checked in, etc.) - By ticket type - By date range
Click Export Filtered Results
Only matching attendees are included
