View and manage who's registered for your event

Event Attendee List

Your attendee list shows everyone who has registered for your event. Use it to see who's coming, track check-ins, and communicate with registrants.

Accessing the attendee list

  • Find and click on your event

  • The attendee list is on the main event page

  • Or click Registrations or Attendees tab

Understanding the list

Registration status

Each registration shows its status:

  • Confirmed — registration complete, payment received (if applicable)

  • Pending Approval — waiting for your approval (if approval required)

  • Pending Payment — started checkout but payment incomplete

  • Waitlisted — on the waitlist (event at capacity)

  • Checked In — arrived at the event

  • Cancelled — cancelled their registration

Information displayed

For each attendee you'll see:

  • Name — registrant's full name

  • Email — contact email address

  • Ticket Type — which ticket they purchased

  • Status — registration status

  • Date — when they registered

  • Check-in — check-in status and time

Filtering and searching

Search

Find specific attendees:

  • Use the search box

  • Search by name, email, or ticket number

  • Results filter as you type

Filters

Narrow down the list:

  • Status — show only confirmed, pending, etc.

  • Ticket Type — filter by ticket category

  • Check-in Status — checked in or not yet

  • Date Range — registrations from specific dates

Sorting

Order the list by:

  • Registration date (newest/oldest)

  • Name (A-Z or Z-A)

  • Check-in time

  • Ticket type

Managing individual registrations

View details

Click on any registration to see:

  • Full contact details

  • Answers to custom questions

  • Payment information

  • Order history

  • Check-in status and time

Update registration

You can modify registrations:

  • Click on the registration

  • Edit details as needed

  • Save changes

Common updates:

  • Correct spelling of names

  • Update contact details

  • Add notes

Cancel registration

To cancel someone's registration:

  • Open their registration

  • Click Cancel Registration

  • Choose whether to issue a refund

  • Confirm cancellation

  • They'll receive a cancellation email

Resend confirmation

If someone needs their ticket resent:

  • Open their registration

  • Click Resend Confirmation

  • A new confirmation email is sent

  • The QR code remains the same

Approval workflow

If your event requires approval:

Reviewing pending registrations

  • Filter by Pending Approval status

  • Click on a registration

  • Review their details and question answers

  • Click Approve or Decline

Bulk approval

For multiple registrations:

  • Select the registrations you want to approve

  • Click Bulk Actions

  • Choose Approve Selected

  • Confirm the action

Declining registrations

When declining:

  • You can include a reason (optional)

  • The registrant receives a notification

  • If they paid, initiate a refund

Adding attendees manually

Need to register someone yourself?

  • Click Add Registration or Add Attendee

  • Enter their details:

- Name - Email - Ticket type

  • Complete any custom questions

  • Choose payment handling:

- Mark as paid (cash/invoice) - Send payment link - Free registration

  • Save the registration

VIP and complimentary tickets

For guests who don't pay:

  • Add them manually

  • Select "Complimentary" or mark as paid

  • Add a note explaining why (for your records)

Group registrations

When one person registers multiple attendees:

Viewing group bookings

  • The primary registrant shows the total group

  • Individual attendees are listed separately

  • All are linked to the same order

Managing groups

  • Check in individuals separately

  • Contact goes to the primary registrant

  • Cancellations can be individual or whole group

Check-in from the list

You can check people in directly from the attendee list:

  • Find the attendee

  • Click the Check In button or icon

  • Confirm the check-in

  • Status updates immediately

This is useful for:

  • Walk-up registrations

  • Attendees without tickets

  • Manual backup when scanner issues occur

Attendee communications

Email all attendees

  • From the attendee list, click Email Attendees

  • Choose recipients:

- All registrants - Only confirmed - Only checked in - Custom selection

  • Compose your message

  • Send

Export for other tools

Need to email through your own system?

  • Export the attendee list

  • Import into your email tool

  • Send from there

Real-time updates

The attendee list updates in real-time:

  • New registrations appear automatically

  • Check-ins show as they happen

  • Status changes reflect immediately

  • No need to refresh the page

Tips for managing attendees

  • Check regularly — monitor registrations leading up to the event

  • Follow up on pending — remind people to complete payment

  • Export before the event — have a backup attendee list

  • Note special requests — add notes for accessibility needs, etc.

  • Clean up after — update statuses post-event


Your attendee list is your single source of truth — keep it updated and refer to it often.
