Finding Your Way Around Launchpad
Launchpad is organised into hubs — each one focused on a different part of your business. Once you understand the navigation, you'll be able to find anything quickly.
The main menu
On the left side of your screen, you'll see a column of icons. This is your main menu, and each icon represents a different hub:

How navigation works
Click a hub icon — this opens that hub
See the hub menu — a panel slides out showing the sections within that hub
Click a section — this takes you to that page
Use page tabs — some pages have tabs for different views
Example: Getting to your products
Click the Package icon (Products hub)
In the menu that appears, click My Products
You're now on your Products page
The hub menu
When you click a hub icon, a menu panel appears showing all the sections in that hub. For example, the CRM hub includes:
Clients
Contacts
Communications
Files
Invoices
Meetings
Click any section to go there.
Using search
Need to find something quickly? Use the search function:
Click the search icon at the top of the menu
Type what you're looking for
Select from the results
Search finds pages, clients, products, and more.
Breadcrumbs
At the top of most pages, you'll see breadcrumbs showing where you are:
Dashboard > Products > My Products > Edit Product
Click any part of the breadcrumb to go back to that level.
Mobile navigation
On smaller screens, the navigation adapts:
Tap the menu icon to open the main menu
Tap a hub to see its sections
Use the back arrow to return to previous screens

Learn the hub icons — you'll memorise them quickly
Use search — it's often the fastest way
Bookmark key pages — in your browser for quick access
Check breadcrumbs — to understand where you are
Take a few minutes to explore — click around and see what's in each hub.
