Understanding Your Subscription

Your Launchpad subscription determines which features you can access. Here's how to check your plan and understand what's included.

Checking your current plan

  • Click your profile icon in the top right

  • Select Settings

  • View your current plan details

What you'll see

Your subscription page shows:

  • Current plan — which tier you're on

  • Billing cycle — monthly or annual

  • Next billing date — when you'll be charged

  • Features included — what's available to you

Subscription tiers

Launchpad offers different plans to suit your needs:

Essentials

Perfect for getting started:

  • Business profile

  • Product listings

  • Basic CRM

  • Calendar management

Professional

For growing businesses:

  • Everything in Essentials

  • Advanced CRM features

  • Marketing tools

  • Analytics and insights

Enterprise

For larger operations:

  • Everything in Professional

  • Multi-location support

  • Advanced reporting

Changing your plan

To upgrade or change your subscription:
