Why Goal Setting Matters

Focus your efforts on what truly matters
Measure progress objectively
Make informed decisions about resource allocation
Stay motivated through challenging periods
Communicate priorities to your team
Creating Your First Goal

Navigate to
/goalsfrom your dashboardClick Create New Goal
Choose from goal templates or create a custom goal
Step 2: Define Your Objective
Be specific about what you want to achieve:
Good example: "Increase direct bookings by 25% by December 2026"
Less effective: "Get more bookings"
The more specific your goal, the easier it is to track and achieve.
Step 3: Set Your Target
Enter the measurable target for your goal:
Select the metric type (revenue, bookings, customers, etc.)
Enter your target value
Set your baseline (where you are now)
Choose your timeframe
Step 4: Choose a Timeline
Select a realistic deadline for achieving your goal:
Short-term goals: 1-3 months
Medium-term goals: 3-6 months
Long-term goals: 6-12 months
We recommend having a mix of goal timeframes to maintain momentum.
