Enrolling in a Program
Ready to start learning? Enrolling in a program takes just a few steps. Once enrolled, you'll have immediate access to the course materials.
How to enrol
Go to Programs from the main menu
Browse or search for a program
Click on the program to view details
Click Enrol Now
Complete the enrolment form (see below)
Confirm and pay (if applicable)
The enrolment process
Step 1: Select your start date
Some programs have:
Open enrolment — start immediately
Intake dates — choose from available start dates
Select when you'd like to begin.
Step 2: Apply codes (optional)
If you have a code:
Invite code — enter a code you've received
Promo code — apply a discount code
Enter the code and click Apply.
Step 3: Add notes (optional)
You can include a message for the program team, such as:
Your learning goals
Special requirements
Questions about the program
Step 4: Payment
If the program has a cost:
Review the total amount
Select a payment method
Enter payment details
Complete the purchase
For free programs, simply confirm your enrolment.
After enrolling
Once enrolled:
You'll receive a confirmation email
The program appears in My Programs
You can start learning immediately
Track your progress as you complete lessons
Types of enrolment
Immediate access
Most programs give instant access. As soon as you enrol, you can start the first lesson.
Waitlist
Some programs have limited capacity. If full:
Join the waitlist
You'll be notified when a spot opens
Complete enrolment when contacted
Application required
Some programs require an application:
Submit your application
Wait for review and approval
Complete enrolment once approved
Invite only
Some programs are restricted:
You'll need an invite code
Contact the program administrator for access
Pricing and discounts
Programs may offer:
Early bird pricing — discounts for early enrolment
Member pricing — discounts for certain membership levels
Organisational pricing — bulk rates for teams
Promo codes — special discounts
Check the program details for available offers.
Managing your enrolments
View all your enrolments:
Go to My Programs
See enrolled, in-progress, and completed programs
Click any program to continue learning
Troubleshooting
Payment failed
Check your card details are correct
Ensure you have sufficient funds
Try a different payment method
Contact support if issues persist
Code not working
Check the code is entered correctly
Verify the code hasn't expired
Ensure you meet any code requirements
Contact the code provider
