Access and download your earned certificates for display and records

Downloading Certificates

Once you've earned a certificate, you can download it anytime. Keep copies for your records, print them for display, or share them digitally.

Finding your certificates

From the Learning hub

  • Go to Learning from the main menu

  • Click My Certificates or Achievements

  • You'll see all certificates you've earned

  • Click on any certificate to open it

From a completed program

  • Go to Learning

  • Open the completed program

  • Look for the Certificate section

  • Click to view your certificate

Downloading your certificate

As a PDF

  • Open your certificate

  • Click the Download button

  • Select PDF format

  • Choose where to save the file

  • The certificate downloads to your device

As an image

  • Open your certificate

  • Click Download

  • Select PNG or JPEG format

  • Save to your preferred location

Print-ready version

For high-quality printing:

  • Download the PDF version

  • Use a colour printer for best results

  • Print on quality paper or card stock

  • Consider professional printing for framing

Certificate details

What's included

Your certificate typically shows:

  • Your name — as registered in your account

  • Program name — the course you completed

  • Completion date — when you finished

  • Certificate number — unique identifier

  • Issuing organisation — who provided the training

  • Digital signature — authentication mark

Verifying authenticity

Certificates can be verified:

  • Via the certificate number

  • Through a verification link or QR code

  • By contacting the issuing organisation

Managing your certificates

Organising downloads

Keep your certificates organised:

  • Create a dedicated folder on your computer

  • Name files clearly (e.g., "Customer-Service-Certificate-2024.pdf")

  • Back up important certificates to cloud storage

  • Keep both digital and printed copies

Updating your name

If your name on the certificate is incorrect:

  • Update your profile with the correct name

  • Contact support to request a new certificate

  • A corrected certificate will be issued

Re-downloading certificates

You can download certificates as many times as needed:

  • Log into your Launchpad account

  • Go to your certificates

  • Download again anytime

Certificates remain available in your account indefinitely.

  • Include in marketing materials

For job applications

  • Attach to applications

  • Reference in your CV

  • Show during interviews

  • Submit to industry bodies

On LinkedIn

  • Go to your LinkedIn profile

  • Click Add profile section

  • Select Licences & Certifications

  • Enter the certificate details

  • Upload the certificate image if supported

Digital badges

What are digital badges?

Digital badges are shareable online credentials that:

  • Can be verified instantly

  • Display on social profiles

  • Link back to verification pages

  • Show detailed achievement information

Claiming your badge

  • Complete a badge-enabled program

  • Receive an email with badge claim instructions

  • Click the link to claim your badge

  • Add to your digital wallet or profile

Sharing badges

  • Open your badge from your account

  • Click Share

  • Choose your platform (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

  • Post or send your achievement

Troubleshooting

Certificate not appearing

  • Verify you've met all requirements

  • Check if processing time is needed

  • Refresh your browser

  • Contact support if it's been more than 48 hours

Download not working

  • Try a different browser

  • Disable popup blockers temporarily

  • Check your internet connection

  • Clear your browser cache

Wrong information on certificate

  • Note what's incorrect

  • Contact support with details

  • We'll issue a corrected certificate
