Your Business Profile Explained

Your business profile is the foundation of your presence on Launchpad. It tells customers, partners, and the tourism industry who you are and what you offer.

What is your business profile?

Your business profile includes:

  • Business name — your trading name

  • Logo — your visual identity

  • Description — what you do and what makes you special

  • Contact details — how people can reach you

  • Location — where you're based

  • Business type — the category of tourism business you run

  • ABN — your Australian Business Number

This information appears in various places:

  • Your public Insider profile (if enabled)

  • Trade rate sheets shared with partners

  • Invoices and proposals

  • Event registrations

Where to find your business profile

  • Click My Business in the main menu

  • Select My Business from the hub menu

  • You'll see your Business Profile page

At the top, you'll see your logo, business name, and a quick overview with key stats.

Statistics cards

Quick numbers showing:

  • Products listed

  • Team members

  • Linked experiences

  • Experience match percentage

Products section

A preview of your products, with a link to see all.

Which tourism regions and areas you're connected to.

Buttons to quickly:
