Adding Contact Details

Your contact details help customers reach you. Here's how to add them to your profile.

How to add contact details

  • Go to My Business from the main menu

  • Click Edit Profile

  • Scroll to the Contact section

  • Enter your details

  • Click Save

Contact information fields

Phone number

  • Enter your main business phone

  • Include area code (e.g., 02 1234 5678)

  • Add a mobile if preferred for bookings

Email address

  • Use a monitored business email

  • This receives booking enquiries

  • Keep it professional (e.g., [email protected])

Website

Physical address

  • Enter your business location

  • This appears on maps and directions

  • Be specific for easy navigation

Postal address

  • Add if different from physical address

  • Used for correspondence and mail

Social media links

Add your social profiles:

  • Facebook — your business page URL

  • Instagram — your Instagram handle or URL

  • LinkedIn — your company page

  • TripAdvisor — your listing URL

  • Use business accounts — keep personal and business separate

  • Monitor regularly — respond promptly to enquiries
