Adding Business Photos

Great photos help customers visualise your experiences. Here's how to add them to your profile.

How to upload photos

  • Go to My Business from the main menu

  • Click Edit Profile

  • Scroll to the Photos or Gallery section

  • Click Add Photos or drag and drop files

  • Arrange the order by dragging

  • Click Save

Photo requirements

For best display:

  • Format — JPG, PNG, or WebP

  • Size — at least 1200 x 800 pixels

  • File size — under 10MB per image

  • Orientation — landscape works best for most displays

What photos to include

Must-haves

  • Hero shot — your signature image

  • Experience in action — people enjoying your product

  • Location/venue — where customers will be

  • Your team — friendly faces build trust

Good additions

  • Different experiences or products

  • Seasonal variations

  • Behind-the-scenes moments

  • Equipment or facilities

  • Food and beverages (if applicable)

Tips for great photos

Show real experiences

  • Use authentic photos, not stock images

  • Show actual customers (with permission)

  • Capture genuine moments

Think about composition

  • Fill the frame with your subject

  • Use good lighting

  • Keep backgrounds uncluttered

Represent accurately

  • Photos should match reality

  • Don't over-edit or mislead

  • Keep images current

Setting your cover image

Your cover image is the main photo displayed:

  • Upload your photos

  • Click the star icon on your preferred image

  • This becomes your cover image

  • Save your changes

Organising your gallery

  • Drag to reorder — most impactful photos first

  • Delete unwanted — click the X to remove

  • Add captions — describe what's shown

Where photos appear

Your photos display on:

  • Your business profile

  • Product listings

  • Search results

  • Marketing materials

  • Partner directories

Photo permissions

Ensure you have rights to use photos:

  • Photos you took

  • Photographer permission granted

  • Customer consent for images featuring them

  • Properly licensed stock photos
