Editing Product Details
Your products evolve — prices change, descriptions improve, and new features get added. Keeping your product details up to date ensures customers always see accurate information.
How to edit a product
Go to Products from the main menu
Click on the product you want to edit
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) in the top right
Make your changes across the available sections
Click Save when you're done
What you can edit
Basic information
Product name — update the title customers see
Description — refine your product story
Product type — change the category (Accommodation, Tour, Experience, etc.)
Status — set to Active, Draft, or Inactive
Location details
Address — where the product is located or departs from
Region and area — help customers find you geographically
Map coordinates — ensure your pin is in the right spot
Contact information
Email — where enquiries should go
Phone — your contact number
Website — link to more information
Pricing
Rates — add, edit, or remove pricing tiers
Rate periods — assign seasonal pricing
Currency — ensure the correct currency is displayed
Features and facilities
What's included — list inclusions
Facilities — amenities and features
Attributes — special characteristics

Update seasonally if your product changes

Remove outdated information

Saving your changes
Changes are saved when you click Save. If you navigate away without saving, your edits will be lost.

Saving after each section
Reviewing your changes on the product page
Using AI to improve descriptions
When editing your description:
Click the Generate with AI button
Review the suggested text
Edit to match your voice
Save the updated description
