Great projects are a team effort. Launchpad makes it easy to collaborate with colleagues, share updates, and work together effectively — even when you're not in the same place.
Adding team members to projects
Invite team members
Go to Projects and open your project
Click Team or Members
Click Add Member
Search for or select team members
Choose their role:
- Owner — full control over the project - Member — can view and contribute - Viewer — read-only access
Click Add
Bulk invitations
Add multiple people at once:
Click Add Members
Select multiple team members
Set their role
Click Add All

Click Add Update
Write your message
Click Post
All team members can see updates in the project activity feed.
Task comments
Discuss specific tasks:
Open the task
Scroll to Comments
Write your comment
Click Post
Comments keep discussions connected to the relevant work.
@mentions
Get someone's attention:
In a comment or update, type @
Start typing their name
Select the person from the list
They'll receive a notification
Example: "@Sarah, can you review this when you have a chance?"
