Understanding Your Regional Dashboard

Welcome to your regional dashboard! This is your central hub for managing tourism operators, tracking regional performance, and supporting the growth of tourism in your area. Let's walk through what you'll find here and how to make the most of it.

Accessing Your Regional Dashboard

  • Log in to Tourism Accelerator with your regional manager credentials

  • You'll be automatically directed to your regional view at /regional

  • If you manage multiple regions, use the region selector in the top navigation to switch between them

What You'll See on Your Dashboard

Overview Panel

The first thing you'll notice is your Overview Panel, which provides a snapshot of your region's tourism activity:

  • Total Operators: The number of tourism operators currently active in your region

  • Pending Approvals: Operators awaiting your review and approval

  • Recent Activity: A feed of the latest actions and updates from your operators

  • Performance Summary: Key metrics showing how your region is tracking

Quick Actions

Your dashboard includes convenient quick action buttons to help you:

  • Invite new operators to join the platform

  • Review pending operator applications

  • Access regional reports

  • View upcoming events in your region

Regional Map View

The interactive map displays all your operators geographically, helping you:

  • Identify tourism clusters and gaps

  • Plan regional marketing initiatives

  • Understand the distribution of different experience types

Customising Your View

You can personalise your dashboard to focus on what matters most to you:

  • Click the Customise button in the top right corner

  • Drag and drop widgets to rearrange them

  • Toggle visibility of different panels

  • Save your preferred layout

  • Use the left sidebar to access different sections of regional management

  • The search bar at the top helps you quickly find specific operators

  • Bookmark frequently accessed pages for faster navigation
