Setting Appropriate Access
Consider these factors when assigning access:
Role: What do they need to do?
Frequency: How often will they access the system?
Sensitivity: What data should they see?
Accountability: Who's responsible for their actions?
When in doubt, start with less access. You can always increase it later.
