Understanding the Sales Hub

The Sales Hub is your central command centre for all financial transactions in your tourism business. Whether you're selling tour tickets at the counter, processing online bookings, or managing invoices for group tours, everything comes together here.

What You'll Find in the Sales Hub

When you navigate to the Sales area, you'll see a clear overview of your business activity:

  • Today's Sales: A snapshot of transactions processed today, helping you keep track of busy periods

  • Recent Transactions: Quick access to your latest sales for easy reference or reprinting receipts

  • Quick Actions: One-click access to common tasks like new sale, create invoice, or issue gift voucher

Navigating the Sales Area

The Sales Hub is organised into logical sections to help you find what you need quickly:

  • Point of Sale (/point-of-sale) - Your digital till for processing walk-in customers and phone bookings

  • Invoices (/invoices) - Create, send, and track invoices for tour groups and corporate clients

  • Gift Vouchers - Sell and redeem gift vouchers for your experiences

  • Reports - Access daily takings, sales summaries, and GST reports

Getting Started

To access the Sales Hub:

  • Log in to your Tourism Accelerator dashboard

  • Click Sales in the main navigation menu
