Updating Your Profile
Your profile contains your personal details and preferences. Keeping it up to date helps your team identify you and ensures you receive important communications.
What's in your profile?
Your profile includes:
Personal details — your name and contact information
Avatar — your profile photo
Job title — your role in the organisation
Contact preferences — how you prefer to be reached
Accessing your profile
Click Settings in the main menu
Select Profile from the settings menu
You'll see your current profile information
Or go directly to Settings > Profile.
Updating your personal details
Changing your name
Go to Settings > Profile
Find the Name fields
Update your first name and/or last name
Click Save Changes
Your updated name will appear across Launchpad, including in team views and activity logs.
Updating your email address
Your email address is used for:
Signing in to Launchpad
Receiving notifications
Password reset requests
To change it:
Go to Settings > Profile
Find the Email field
Enter your new email address
Click Save Changes
Check your new email for a verification link
Click the link to confirm the change
You'll need to use your new email to sign in after verification.
Adding your phone number
Go to Settings > Profile
Find the Phone field
Enter your mobile or business number
Click Save Changes
This is useful if your team needs to contact you or for two-factor authentication.
Setting your job title
Go to Settings > Profile
Find the Job Title field
Enter your role (e.g., "Operations Manager", "Tour Guide")
Click Save Changes
Your job title helps team members understand your role.
Updating your profile photo
A profile photo helps your team identify you:
Go to Settings > Profile
Click on your current avatar or the Upload Photo button
Select an image from your device
Adjust the crop if needed
Click Save
Tips for a good profile photo:
Use a clear, recent photo of yourself
Ensure good lighting and a simple background
Square images work best
Keep file size under 5MB
Managing your preferences
Timezone settings
Launchpad uses your timezone to display dates and times correctly:
Go to Settings > Profile
Find the Timezone dropdown
Select your local timezone (e.g., "Australia/Sydney")
Click Save Changes
This affects how booking times, event schedules, and notifications appear.
Language and regional settings
Your regional settings affect date formats and spelling preferences:
Go to Settings > Profile
Find the Region settings
Select your preferred options
Click Save Changes
