Team Management Overview

Running a successful tourism operation often means working with a team. Whether you have a small crew of two or a larger team across multiple locations, Launchpad gives you the tools to manage everyone effectively.

Why team management matters

Good team management helps you:

  • Share the workload — let staff handle bookings, customer enquiries, and daily operations

  • Maintain control — decide who can access what parts of your business

  • Stay organised — know exactly who's doing what across your operation

  • Protect your business — limit access to sensitive information and settings

Accessing team management

  • Click your profile icon in the top right corner

  • Select Settings from the dropdown

  • Click Team in the settings menu

Or navigate directly to Settings > Team.

Tips for effective team management

  • Start with clear roles — define what each person needs to do before inviting them

  • Use the right role level — don't give more access than necessary

  • Review regularly — check your team list periodically for outdated accounts

  • Keep ownership current — ensure the right person holds the Owner role

A well-organised team is the foundation of a successful tourism operation.
