Creating a Rate Sheet

Rate sheets are professional pricing documents you share with trade partners. They show your products, prices, and commission arrangements in a format partners can use for quoting and selling.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

How to create a rate sheet

  • Go to Trade from the main menu

  • Select Rate Sheets from the hub menu

  • Click Create Rate Sheet

  • Complete the setup wizard (see steps below)

Step 1: Rate sheet basics

  • Rate Sheet Name — give it a clear name (e.g., "Wholesale Partners 2025/2026")

  • Default Commission Rate — the standard commission for all products (can override per product)

  • Tourism Year — select the financial year (e.g., 2025/2026)

  • Rate Period — optionally filter to a specific season

Step 2: Select products

Choose which products to include:

  • You'll see a list of all your products

  • Tick the checkbox next to each product you want to include

  • A counter shows how many products are selected

Step 3: Configure product pricing

For each selected product, configure the trade pricing:

  • Click the configure icon next to a product

  • Choose the pricing strategy:

- Commission — partner earns a percentage of RRP - Net Rate — you provide a fixed wholesale price

For commission-based pricing:

  • Set the commission percentage (or use the default)

  • Choose which rates to include

  • Set commission per rate if needed

For net rate pricing:

  • Enter the net (wholesale) price for each rate

  • Partners will see this as the trade price

Step 4: Review and save

  • Review your selections

  • Check the pricing looks correct

  • Click Save Rate Sheet

Your rate sheet is created as a draft.

Publishing your rate sheet

Rate sheets start as drafts. To make them available:

  • Find your rate sheet

  • Click the status toggle to change from Draft to Published

Downloading and printing

To get a PDF of your rate sheet:

  • Open the rate sheet

  • Click Download PDF

  • The PDF includes your branding, products, and pricing

What your partners see

A rate sheet shows partners:

  • Your business logo and details

  • Product names and descriptions

  • RRP and trade rates

  • Commission or net pricing

  • Valid dates

  • Your contact information

Tips for effective rate sheets

  • Name clearly — include the year and partner type

  • Update annually — create new sheets for each tourism year

  • Be selective — only include products relevant to that partner type

  • Check pricing — verify rates are correct before publishing

A professional rate sheet makes it easy for partners to sell your products.
