Monitor and manage bookings made by your trade partners

Viewing Trade Bookings

When your trade partners book your products for their customers, those bookings appear in your Trade hub. Here's how to view, manage, and track all your trade bookings.

Accessing trade bookings

  • Go to Trade from the main menu

  • Select Bookings from the hub menu

  • You'll see all bookings made by trade partners

Understanding the bookings list

Each booking shows:

  • Booking Reference — unique identifier

  • Partner Name — which trade partner made the booking

  • Customer Name — the end customer's details

  • Product — what was booked

  • Date — when the experience takes place

  • Guests — number of participants

  • Total Value — booking amount

  • Commission — partner's commission on this booking

  • Status — current booking status

Filtering your bookings

Use filters to find specific bookings:

By partner

  • Click the Partner dropdown

  • Select one or more partners

  • View only their bookings

By date

  • Click Date Range

  • Choose from:

- Today - This week - This month - Custom range

By status

Filter by booking status:

  • Confirmed — booking is confirmed

  • Pending — awaiting confirmation

  • Completed — experience has taken place

  • Cancelled — booking was cancelled

By product

  • Click the Product dropdown

  • Select specific products

  • See bookings for those products only

Viewing booking details

Click on any booking to see:

Booking information

  • Full customer details

  • Product and rate selected

  • Date and time

  • Number of guests

  • Special requests or notes

Partner information

  • Which partner made the booking

  • Partner contact details

  • Commission arrangement

  • Contract reference (if applicable)

Financial details

  • Gross booking value

  • Commission amount

  • Net amount (what you receive)

  • Payment status

Activity timeline

  • When booking was made

  • Any modifications

  • Communications sent

  • Status changes

Managing trade bookings

Confirm a pending booking

  • Open the booking

  • Review the details

  • Click Confirm Booking

  • Customer and partner receive confirmation

Modify a booking

  • Open the booking

  • Click Edit Booking

  • Make changes:

- Date/time - Number of guests - Add-ons

  • Click Save Changes

  • Partner is notified of the update

Cancel a booking

  • Open the booking

  • Click Cancel Booking

  • Select cancellation reason

  • Choose refund option (if applicable)

  • Click Confirm Cancellation

Both customer and partner are notified.

Exporting booking data

Download your trade bookings:

  • Apply any filters needed

  • Click Export

  • Choose format:

- CSV (for spreadsheets) - PDF (for records)

  • Download the file

Trade bookings vs direct bookings

In your main Bookings area, trade bookings are marked with a trade partner badge. You can filter to show:

  • All bookings

  • Direct bookings only

  • Trade bookings only


Keeping track of trade bookings helps you understand which partnerships drive the most value.
