The Trade Partner Portal gives your partners a dedicated space to view your products, access trade rates, and make bookings. It's a professional way to manage your B2B relationships.

What is the Partner Portal?

The Partner Portal is a secure area where your trade partners can:

  • View your products and availability

  • See their trade rates and commissions

  • Make bookings for their customers

  • Access marketing materials

  • Download rate sheets

  • Track their bookings

  • View their performance

How partners access the portal

Partner login

  • Partners visit your partner portal URL

  • They enter their email and password

  • They're taken to their personalised dashboard

First-time access

When you add a new partner:

  • They receive a welcome email

  • The email contains a link to set their password

  • They create their account

  • They can now access the portal

Portal features for partners

Products and availability

Partners can:

  • Browse your product catalogue

  • See trade pricing (their rates)

  • Check real-time availability

  • View product photos and descriptions

Making bookings

Partners book on behalf of their customers:

  • Select a product

  • Choose date and time

  • Enter customer details

  • Add any extras or special requests

  • Submit the booking

  • Receive instant confirmation

Their dashboard

Partners see:

  • Recent Bookings — latest bookings they've made

  • Upcoming Departures — imminent travel dates

  • Commission Summary — what they've earned

Setting up the Partner Portal

Enable the portal

  • Under Partner Portal, toggle Enable Portal

  • Customise your portal URL

  • Click Save

Customise the experience

Brand your portal:

  • Go to Portal Settings

  • Upload your logo

  • Set your brand colours

  • Add a welcome message

  • Configure the footer

Control what partners see

Set visibility options:

  • Products — which products are available to trade

  • Pricing — show RRP, net rates, or both

  • Availability — real-time or request-only

  • Resources — what materials to share

Managing partner access

Grant access

When you add a partner:

  • Click on the partner

  • Under Portal Access, toggle Enable

  • Set their permissions

  • Click Save

They receive login credentials by email.

If a partnership ends:

  • Go to the partner's profile

  • Toggle Portal Access to off

  • Their login is deactivated immediately

  • New Products — when you add products
