Trade Performance Reports

Understanding how your trade partnerships perform helps you make better business decisions. Trade performance reports show you which partners drive the most value, which products sell best through trade, and where opportunities exist.

Accessing trade reports

  • Go to Trade from the main menu

  • Select Reports from the hub menu

  • Choose the report you want to view

Available reports

Partner Performance Report

See how each partner is performing:

  • Total Bookings — number of bookings made

  • Total Revenue — gross value of bookings

  • Commission Paid — commissions earned by the partner

  • Net Revenue — your revenue after commissions

  • Average Booking Value — typical booking size

  • Conversion Rate — if tracking enquiries

Product Performance Report

Understand which products sell through trade:

  • Products Ranked — by trade sales volume

  • Revenue by Product — gross and net

  • Commission by Product — commissions paid

  • Popular Rate Types — which rates sell most

Revenue Report

Track your trade revenue over time:

  • Monthly Revenue — trend over the year

  • Comparison — this year vs last year

  • By Partner Type — agents vs wholesalers vs operators

  • Seasonality — identify peak periods

Commission Report

Track commissions owed and paid:

  • Commissions Due — what you owe partners

  • Commissions Paid — what you've paid

  • By Partner — breakdown by each partner

  • By Period — monthly commission totals

Booking Trends Report

Spot patterns in trade bookings:

  • Booking Lead Time — how far ahead partners book

  • Day of Week — when bookings are made

  • Popular Dates — most booked travel dates

  • Cancellation Rate — cancellations by partner

Using filters

Refine your reports with filters:

Date range

  • Preset options: This month, This quarter, This year

  • Custom range: Select specific dates

Partner filters

  • All partners

  • Specific partner

  • Partner type (agents, wholesalers, operators)

  • Partner status (active, suspended)

Product filters

  • All products

  • Specific products

  • Product categories

Reading the dashboard

The Trade Reports dashboard shows:

Key metrics

At the top, you'll see:

  • Total Trade Revenue — this period

  • Number of Bookings — trade bookings made

  • Active Partners — partners with bookings

  • Commission Paid — total commissions

Charts and graphs

Visual representations of:

  • Revenue trend line

  • Partner comparison bar chart

  • Product pie chart

  • Monthly performance

Data tables

Detailed breakdowns with:

  • Sortable columns

  • Drill-down capability

  • Export options

Comparing partners

Use the Partner Comparison view to:

  • Select partners to compare (up to 5)

  • Choose metrics to compare

  • View side-by-side performance

  • Identify your top performers

Exporting reports

Download reports for further analysis:

  • Generate your report

  • Click Export

  • Choose format:

- CSV — for spreadsheets - PDF — for presentations - Excel — for detailed analysis

  • Download the file

Scheduling reports

Receive reports automatically:

  • Go to Report Settings

  • Click Schedule Report

  • Choose the report

  • Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Add recipients

  • Click Save Schedule

Reports are emailed on your schedule.

Using insights to improve

Identify top partners

Look for partners with:

  • High booking volume

  • Strong average booking value

  • Low cancellation rates

  • Growing trend

Consider offering these partners:

  • Better commission rates

  • Priority access to new products

  • Co-marketing opportunities

Spot underperformers

Identify partners with:

  • Declining bookings

  • High cancellation rates

  • Low engagement

Consider:

  • Reaching out to understand issues

  • Offering training or support

  • Reviewing the partnership

Optimise your product mix

See which products:

  • Sell well through trade
