Setting Up Cruise Alerts
Never miss a cruise opportunity — set up alerts to be notified about ship arrivals.
Why use cruise alerts?
Alerts help you:
Know when ships are scheduled to arrive
Receive updates about schedule changes
Plan ahead for busy cruise days
Never be caught off-guard
Configuring your alerts
Step 1: Access alert settings
Go to Settings in the main menu
Click Cruise Alerts or navigate to Cruise Alert Settings
Step 2: Select your ports
Choose which ports you want to monitor:
View the list of available ports
Tick the boxes next to ports you serve
You can select multiple ports
Step 3: Choose notification types
Select which events trigger alerts:
New arrivals — when ships are added to the schedule
Schedule changes — if arrival times change
Cancellations — if visits are cancelled
Weather alerts — if conditions may affect arrivals
Step 4: Set notification timing
Choose when to receive alerts:
Immediately — as soon as changes occur
Daily digest — one summary per day
Weekly digest — weekly arrival summary
Step 5: Select delivery method
Choose how you want to receive alerts:
Email — to your registered email
In-app — notification in Launchpad
Both — email and in-app
Step 6: Save settings
Click Save to activate your alerts.

See past alerts:
Go to Cruise Alerts
Click Alert History
Review past notifications
Adjusting frequency
If you're receiving too many (or too few) alerts:
Return to alert settings
Adjust notification timing
Add or remove ports as needed
Pausing alerts
To temporarily stop alerts:
Go to alert settings
Toggle Pause Alerts
Turn back on when ready
Alert best practices
Choose relevant ports only
Only monitor ports you can actually serve. Too many alerts becomes noise.
Use daily digests for planning
If you prefer to review arrivals in batches, daily digests work well for forward planning.
Combine with calendar checks
Alerts are great for changes, but also check the arrivals calendar regularly for the full picture.
Timely alerts mean you're always ready when cruise visitors arrive.
