If your business already has an Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) listing, you can bring it into Launchpad instead of typing it again. ATDW sends listings into Launchpad. Launchpad does not send listings back to ATDW.
Before you start
You need an active ATDW listing. If you do not have one yet, your state or territory tourism organisation can help. Visit atdw.com.au.
Know the exact business name on ATDW. Launchpad searches ATDW by that name.
Import a listing
Go to Tourism products (left nav: MY ORGANISATION → Tourism Products → My Products).
Select Import.
Select Import from ATDW.
Search for your business, then choose the right listing.
The window is titled Import from Australian Tourism Data Warehouse. The search field is labelled Search for your business.
This creates a product in Launchpad from the ATDW listing. It does not update ATDW, and there is no Sync Now or Product Mapping control in Launchpad.
If you cannot find the listing
Try the first distinctive words of the business name, and check the spelling on your live ATDW listing. A newly approved ATDW listing can take a short time to appear. If you still cannot find it, contact Tourism Accelerator support.
Changes to the ATDW listing itself
To change photos, descriptions, or address on ATDW, contact your state or territory tourism organisation or visit atdw.com.au.
