Discussion best practices

Asking questions

Sharing experiences

Do:

  • Be honest about what worked and didn't

  • Include specific examples

  • Offer actionable insights

  • Celebrate others' successes

Example of helpful sharing:

"Just wanted to share that implementing the customer follow-up system from Lesson 5 increased our review response rate by 40%. Happy to share the email template I customised if anyone's interested."
