Training Compliance Reports

Stay on top of your team's training with compliance reports. Monitor who's completed what, identify gaps, and ensure your organisation meets its training requirements.

Accessing compliance reports

Where to find reports

  • Go to Learning from the main menu

  • Click Team or Admin section

  • Select Reports or Compliance

  • Choose the report type you need

Who can access reports

Reports are typically available to:

  • Organisation administrators

  • Team managers

  • Training coordinators

  • HR personnel

Check your role permissions if you can't access reports.

Types of reports

Completion summary

Overview of training status:

  • Total programs assigned

  • Number completed

  • Number in progress

  • Number overdue

Individual progress reports

Detailed view per team member:

  • All assigned training

  • Completion status for each

  • Due dates and deadlines

  • Time spent learning

Program-specific reports

Status of a particular program:

  • Who has been assigned

  • Who has completed

  • Who is in progress

  • Who hasn't started

Compliance status reports

For mandatory training:

  • Overall compliance percentage

  • Who is compliant

  • Who needs to complete training

  • Upcoming expiration dates

Reading your reports

Understanding the dashboard

Your compliance dashboard shows:

  • Green — completed or compliant

  • Orange/Yellow — in progress or approaching deadline

  • Red — overdue or non-compliant

  • Grey — not started or not assigned

Key metrics

Reports typically include:

  • Completion rate — percentage who've finished

  • On-time completion — finished before deadline

  • Average time to complete — how long it takes

  • Assessment scores — if applicable

Filtering and sorting

Customise your view:

  • Filter by team, department, or role

  • Filter by program or training type

  • Sort by status, due date, or name

  • Search for specific individuals

Generating reports

Quick reports

For immediate insights:

  • Go to the reports section

  • Select a report type

  • View on screen

  • The data loads automatically

Custom reports

For specific needs:

  • Click Create Report or Custom Report

  • Select what data to include

  • Choose filters and parameters

  • Set date ranges

  • Generate the report

Scheduling reports

For regular updates:

  • Create or select a report

  • Click Schedule or Automate

  • Set frequency (weekly, monthly)

  • Choose recipients

  • Reports are emailed automatically

Exporting reports

Download formats

Export reports as:

  • PDF — for sharing and printing

  • CSV/Excel — for further analysis

  • Summary view — overview only

  • Detailed view — all data included
