Accessing completion reports
Go to Programs > Manage Programs
Select your program
Click the Reports tab
Choose Completion Report

Choose intake (or all intakes)
Select output format:
- View online — interactive dashboard - PDF — formatted report - Excel — raw data for analysis
Click Generate Report

Issue pending — issue all awaiting certificates

Add your commentary

Click New Schedule
Configure:

Save the schedule
