  • Mobile-ready — templates work on all devices

  • Proven layouts — designs that drive engagement

Best practices for tourism emails

Subject lines

  • Keep them under 50 characters

  • Create curiosity or urgency

  • Be clear about the value

  • Examples:

- "Winter whale season starts Friday" - "Your sunset cruise is tomorrow" - "New family package: 20% off"

Content

  • Lead with the most important information

  • Use images that show the experience

  • Keep copy concise and scannable

  • Include one clear call to action

Timing

  • Test different send times

  • Avoid early mornings and late nights

  • Consider your audience's timezone

  • Tuesday to Thursday often works well

Mobile design

  • Most emails are read on phones

  • Use large, tappable buttons

  • Keep images optimised for fast loading

  • Preview on mobile before sending

Beautiful emails help you connect with visitors — templates make it easy to look professional every time.
