Scheduling Social Posts

Why schedule posts?

Planning your content week
Weekly rhythm
Consider a balanced mix:
Monday: Inspiration or motivation
Tuesday: Educational content or tips
Wednesday: Behind-the-scenes or team spotlight
Thursday: Promotional content
Friday: Fun content or weekend plans
Weekend: User-generated content or community
Posting frequency
Suggested minimums:
Instagram: 3-5 posts per week
Facebook: 3-5 posts per week
LinkedIn: 2-3 posts per week
X: 1-3 posts per day
TikTok: 3-5 videos per week
Quality matters more than quantity. Post less often if it means better content.
