Marketing assets are the building blocks of your brand — logos, images, templates, and graphics you use across all your marketing. Launchpad stores these in one place, making them easy to find and use.

What are marketing assets?

Your marketing assets include:

  • Logos — your business logo in different formats

  • Brand images — photos that represent your experience

  • Graphics — social media templates, banners, icons

  • Documents — brand guidelines, fact sheets

  • Videos — promotional clips and content

Accessing your assets

Asset categories

Brand essentials

Your core brand files:

  • Primary logo — full colour version

  • Logo variations — white, black, horizontal, stacked

  • Favicon — small icon for web browsers

  • Brand colours — colour codes and swatches

  • Fonts — typeface files if applicable

Photography

Your image library:

  • Hero images — main promotional photos

  • Experience photos — action shots of your offerings

  • Team photos — staff and behind-the-scenes

  • Location images — your venue and surroundings

Ready-to-use designs:

Downloading assets

Single asset download

  • Browse to find the asset you need

  • Click on the asset to preview

  • Click Download

  • Choose your preferred format (if options available)

  • The file downloads to your device

Multiple asset download

  • Select multiple assets using the checkbox

  • Click Download Selected

  • Files download as a ZIP folder

Format options

Many assets are available in multiple formats:

  • PNG — for web use, supports transparency

  • JPG — for photos, smaller file size

  • SVG — for logos, scales without losing quality

  • EPS — for professional printing

Add new assets to your library:

  • Click Upload on the assets page

  • Drag and drop files or click to browse

  • Add a name and description

  • Choose a category

  • Click Save

Organising assets

Keep your library tidy:

  • Create folders for different projects

  • Archive old assets instead of deleting

Sharing assets

Share assets with team members or partners:

  • Select the asset

  • Click Share

  • Copy the share link

  • Set expiry if needed

Asset versions

When you update an asset:

  • Upload the new version

  • Keep the old version archived

  • Update file name with version number

  • Note changes in the description

  • Use approved logos only — no stretching or recolouring
