Why your profile matters

A complete business profile:

Builds trust — customers and partners see you're professional

Improves visibility — helps you appear in directories and searches

Enables features — some Launchpad features require profile information

Saves time — your details auto-fill into documents and communications

Keeping your profile current

Review your business profile regularly:

  • After rebranding or changing your name

  • When contact details change

  • At the start of each tourism season

  • When adding new products or services

Your business profile is your first impression — make it count.
