Uploading Your Business Logo

Your business logo appears throughout Launchpad — on your profile, in emails, on documents, and more. Adding it ensures your brand is represented consistently.

Before you start

Prepare your logo file:

  • Format: PNG or JPG (PNG recommended for logos with transparency)

  • Size: At least 200 x 200 pixels (square works best)

  • File size: Under 5MB

  • Quality: High resolution for clear display

How to upload your logo

Go to My Business from the main menu

Click Edit Profile or the edit icon

Find the Logo section

Click Upload Logo or click on the logo placeholder

Select your logo file from your computer

Adjust the crop if needed

Click Save

Your logo will appear immediately across Launchpad.

Where your logo appears

Once uploaded, your logo shows on:

Your business profile page

Your public Insider profile (if enabled)

Email headers (if using email branding)

PDF documents like rate sheets and invoices

Event pages you create

Trade partner communications

Tips for a great logo display

Use a square version — Launchpad displays logos in square containers

Keep it simple — detailed logos may not display well at small sizes

Use transparent backgrounds — PNG files with transparency look more professional

Test at small sizes — check your logo is recognisable when displayed small

Replacing your logo

To update your logo (for example, after a rebrand):

Click Edit Profile

Click on your current logo

Select Replace or Upload New

Choose your new logo file

Click Save

The new logo replaces the old one everywhere it appears.

Removing your logo

If you need to remove your logo temporarily:

  • Click Edit Profile

  • Click on your logo

  • Select Remove

  • Click Save

A placeholder will appear until you upload a new logo.

Your logo is your visual identity — make sure it's looking its best in Launchpad.
