Adding a Rate to a Product

Rates define how much you charge for your products. You can have multiple rates per product — for example, adult, child, and family pricing.

Where to add rates

You can add rates from:

  • Rate Management — manage all rates in one place at Rate Management

  • Product creation — add rates when creating a new product

  • Product editing — add rates to an existing product

This guide covers the Rate Management approach.

How to add a rate

  • Go to Rate Management from My Business in the main menu

  • Find your product in the list

  • Click the expand arrow next to the product name to show its rates

  • Click Add Rate

  • Fill in the rate details (see below)

  • Click Save

  • Per item — charged per unit

  • Maximum — the most that can be booked at this rate

Tips for effective pricing

  • Be consistent — use the same rate names across products

  • Include all tiers — don't forget children, seniors, or groups

  • Consider bundles — family rates can encourage bookings

  • Update regularly — review rates each season

Clear, well-structured rates make it easier for customers to understand your pricing.
