Adding Product Inclusions

Inclusions tell customers exactly what they get when they book. Clear inclusions build trust, reduce enquiries, and help customers understand the value you offer.

Why inclusions matter

Customers want to know:

  • What's provided vs. what they need to bring

  • What the price covers

  • What makes your product special

  • Whether there are hidden costs

Well-written inclusions answer these questions before they're asked.

How to add inclusions

  • Go to Products from the main menu

  • Click on the product you want to update

  • Click Edit to enter edit mode

  • Find the What's Included section

  • Add your inclusions

  • Click Save

Adding items manually

To add inclusions one by one:

  • Type the inclusion in the input field

  • Press Enter or click Add

  • Repeat for each item

  • Arrange in order of importance

Using AI to generate inclusions

Launchpad can suggest inclusions based on your product:

  • Click Generate with AI in the inclusions section

  • Review the suggested items

  • Keep relevant suggestions

  • Remove or edit items that don't apply

  • Add any items the AI missed

AI suggestions are a starting point — always verify they match what you actually provide.

What to include

For tours and experiences

  • Transport (e.g., "Return coach transfers from Cairns")

  • Meals (e.g., "Morning tea and lunch")

  • Equipment (e.g., "Snorkelling gear provided")

  • Entry fees (e.g., "All national park fees")

  • Guide services (e.g., "Expert local guide")

  • Beverages (e.g., "Complimentary refreshments")

For accommodation

  • Breakfast (e.g., "Full cooked breakfast daily")

  • Amenities (e.g., "Toiletries and fresh towels")

  • Facilities access (e.g., "Pool and gym access")

  • Parking (e.g., "Free secure parking")

  • WiFi (e.g., "Complimentary high-speed WiFi")

  • Services (e.g., "Daily housekeeping")

For attractions

  • Entry (e.g., "General admission")

  • Experiences (e.g., "All rides and shows")

  • Maps and guides (e.g., "Souvenir map included")

  • Special access (e.g., "Priority entry")

Writing effective inclusions

Be specific

Instead of vague inclusions:

  • ❌ "Food included"

  • ✅ "Gourmet picnic lunch with local produce"

Highlight value

Show customers what they're getting:

  • ❌ "Guide"

  • ✅ "Expert marine biologist guide"

Use consistent formatting

Keep inclusions scannable:

  • Start each with a capital letter

  • Use similar sentence structure

  • Be concise but descriptive

What NOT to include

Consider a separate "What to bring" or "Not included" section for:

  • Items customers need to bring themselves

  • Optional extras available for purchase

  • Conditions or restrictions

Editing and removing inclusions

To update your inclusions:

  • Click the edit icon next to an item to modify it

  • Click the X icon to remove an item

  • Drag items to reorder them

  • Save your changes

Reviewing your inclusions

Periodically check that your inclusions:

  • Match what you actually provide

  • Reflect any changes to your product

  • Compare favourably to competitors

  • Are written clearly for international visitors

Clear inclusions help customers understand value and make confident booking decisions.
