White Label Settings

White labelling lets you customise Launchpad to match your brand identity. Your customers see your branding, colours, and style — creating a seamless experience that reinforces your business identity.

What is white labelling?

White labelling removes or replaces Launchpad branding with your own. This includes:

  • Your logo — instead of the Launchpad logo

  • Your colours — matching your brand palette

  • Your domain — custom URL for booking pages

  • Your email sender — emails from your address

  • Your style — fonts and design elements

Benefits of white labelling

  • Professional appearance — looks like your own software

  • Brand consistency — matches your website and materials

  • Customer trust — familiar branding builds confidence

  • Seamless experience — no jarring transitions between your site and bookings

Accessing white label settings

  • Go to Settings from the main menu

  • Look for Branding or White Label

  • You'll see customisation options

Different branding elements may be in separate settings sections:

Logo customisation

Uploading your logo

  • Go to your branding settings

  • Find Logo section

  • Click Upload Logo

  • Select your logo file

  • Preview how it appears

  • Save changes

Logo requirements

For best results:

  • Format: PNG or SVG preferred (allows transparency)

  • Size: At least 400px wide for clarity

  • Aspect: Horizontal logos work best

  • Background: Transparent PNG for versatility

  • File size: Under 2MB

Where your logo appears

Your logo shows on:

  • Booking pages

  • Customer confirmations

  • PDF documents (invoices, vouchers)

  • Email headers

  • Customer portal

Colour customisation

Brand colours

Set your primary brand colours:

  • Go to branding settings

  • Find Colours section

  • Enter your colours:

- Primary colour — main brand colour - Secondary colour — accent colour - Text colour — for readability

  • Preview the changes

  • Save when satisfied

Colour formats

Enter colours as:

  • Hex codes: #FF6B35

  • RGB values: rgb(255, 107, 53)

Colour best practices

  • Ensure sufficient contrast for readability

  • Test on different screens

  • Consider accessibility guidelines

  • Keep it simple — fewer colours is often better
