A rate sheet is the priced list of products you send to trade partners. This creates a new one. Rate sheets are part of the Trade hub, so your plan needs Trade access.
Before you start
You need all of these. You cannot create a rate sheet without them.
A tourism year. Tourism years are set up by an administrator. If the Tourism Year list is empty when you reach step 3, contact your administrator to have one created — you cannot create one yourself.
At least one tourism product in Tourism products.
Rates on that product for the tourism year you will use — set them under Business → Rates. A product with no rates for the year still appears on the sheet, but there will be nothing to price.
Steps
Go to Trade → Rates.
Open New rate sheet.
Enter a Rate Sheet Name (required) and choose the Tourism Year (required). The most recent year is selected for you if one exists.
Optionally choose a Rate Period to narrow the sheet to one part of the year. This stays disabled until you choose a year.
Set the Default Commission Rate if needed (it starts at 25%).
Tick the products to include (you need at least one), and use Configure on a product to set commission or a fixed nett price per product or per rate.
Select Save.
Required to save: a name, a tourism year, and at least one product ticked. If Save stays greyed out, one of those is missing.
Good to know
The Tourism Year decides which rates show against each product. If a product looks empty, it has no rates for that year — add them under Business → Rates.
Commission shows the trade rate as your price minus commission. Nett lets you set a fixed trade price instead.
Ticking Create as retail rate sheet also hides trade rates and shows only recommended retail prices.
You cannot set Terms and conditions here — add them by editing the sheet afterwards. You also cannot edit the business, product, or rate descriptions here — see Which description are you editing on a rate sheet?
